Extended Car Lists community

Welcome to the Extended Car Lists community!

This wiki is dedicated to making video game car, track, and music lists look better than the finished product, to look like something that the developers of a particular video game missed out on. Fanon video games are allowed since June 8, 2020.

Also, since these are dream lists, we don't give a fuck about licensing restrictions here.

You can help make these dream lists become a reality by downloading mods (if the game even has mod support) representative of the extra cars or make those mods yourself.

Fandom will not allow me to close this wiki, so I guess I'll have to transfer full ownership to Ed.

Rules

  1. Respect each other. This means no heated debates over each other, harassment etc.
  2. No disruptive editing. Do not re-add vehicles that have been taken out by an admin. Breaking this rule for the first time will result in a warning by means of edit reasons, your talk page, or page comments. If broken for the second time, a week's block will be issued.
    1. If you want to re-add a vehicle, please send a message to either AlexanderFusky or HelloEd012, the only admins on the wiki. If you can substantiate your message well enough, the admin will re-add it.
  3. All cars must be in alphabetical order. Plus, it is necessary to do research on the car before adding a specific model year and trim.
  4. Car body styles should be named according to their country of origin, albeit in English only. US 2-doors must be spelled with "Coupe" (without the accent), while EU and JP 2-doors must be spelled with "Coupé". This is because Europe prefers British English and the Japanese transliteration has the "pé" pronounced, even though Japan prefers American English. Similarly, European sedan variants should be called "saloons" and wagon variants "estates". You may just use 2-door or 4-door if you are lazy, but we suggest you to change it to their correct body style names. If the manufacturer uses marketing-specific terms (such as "Avant", "Sports Tourer", etc.), please use as such. Read the following guide for more details.
  5. Lists must pertain to racing/driving games or games with driving mechanics in them. Feel free to add driving mechanics in a game that you wish contained them, though.
  6. No lists with fictional cars allowed. Toy cars such as Hot Wheels, however, are allowed, as well as a small number of fictional cars that blend in with a licensed car list. This is because fictional car lists will often contain "new" fictional cars that do not contain designs at all, and if they do, they'll be mostly poor quality and clash with the game's car design style. If you create a page that contains fictional cars only, the page will be removed. However, since October 27, 2022, fictional car pages are allowed as long as they remain user sandboxes only.
  7. Please follow this sorting order. Manufacturer > Model > Model year > Trim name/body style.
  8. All pages must be protected from anonymous editors. When creating a page, the admins will protect it from unregistered users. This is to avoid trolls and make blocking them easier. This also prioritizes anyone's privacy, as editing without an account will reveal the editor's IP address.
  9. Do not use this wiki to spread misinformation. We are not a source for cut content or future content.
